Is it cruelty free?
Yes. All of our products are cruelty free. Neither the ingredients nor the final product have been tested on animals in any part of the process.
Is it vegan?
Yes. All our products are vegan and do not contain any ingredients of animal origin or derivatives.
It's natural?
The final product contains 97% ingredients of natural origin.
Is it biodegradable?
Yes. All our products are biodegradable and environmentally friendly.
Does it contain silicones and/or parabens?
No. All our formulas are free of silicones, dyes and parabens.
Does it contain microplastics?
No. All Soluto products are free of microplastics.
How does it work?
Is that how it works:
1. Water 💦
Add lukewarm water up to the mark on the bottle (400ml).
2. Powder ✨
Pour an entire sachet of soap/gel powder.
3. Shake 💪🏽
Shake hard for 30 seconds and let stand for 1 hour.
4. Use 🛁🌱
You now have your soap ready to use. Recharge again and again!

Does Soluto soap expire?
We recommend preferably consuming the soap within 3 months from its dissolution.
How much water is needed to dissolve the powder?
400ml of water is needed. Once mixed with the powder, 400ml of soap is obtained.
Should warm water be used?
Yes, we always recommend using warm water for the correct dissolution of all the soap components.
Why do Soluto products not generate as much foam as conventional soap?
Foaming is a cleaning characteristic artificially created by the industry. It is often believed that the more foam a soap makes, the better it cleans.
The reality is that the foam is only there for our inner satisfaction. To ensure the best quality of our products, we have decided not to increase the use of surfactants and therefore reduce foaming.
All Soluto products provide a careful and intensive cleansing for your skin, even without generating much foam.

All our products are made in Spain.
BOTTLE
Is the bottle reusable?
Yes, our bottle is fully reusable.
How to reuse/clean the bottle?
To reuse the bottle we must wash it first. Here are the steps to follow before recharging it:
1. Bottle
Clean your bottle with warm water and rinse. Repeat this process until there is no residue left in the bottle.
2. Bomb
Rinse the pump under the tap and clean it by pumping 3-4 times with warm water until all residue is removed.
Your bottle is ready to be reused!
For complete removal of residues, we recommend rinsing it once with alcohol.
How many times can I reuse the bottle?
The Solute bottle can be used for several years without problem as long as it is used well. An advantage of PET is its durability.
Can I use my own bottle?
If possible. Keep in mind that to reuse any bottle it is necessary to wash it first. Here you can see how to make Soluto soap if you decide to use your own bottle.
Why don't we use glass bottles?
We decided not to use glass because the risk of it breaking in the shower is very high. In addition, the production of glass requires more energy than that of PET. Since glass is also much heavier, the CO2 footprint is worse than that of PET.
Even so, as a brand we continue to work on the search for alternative materials for our future bottles.
Why have we chosen PET instead of recycled PET?
Recycled PET (rPET) is obtained from single-use plastic. This means that only used PET and not new PET is used in the production process. It is a very good alternative to conventional PET, but it also has certain disadvantages.
Due to the rPET extraction process, the material is not as high quality as new PET. This can more easily lead to the secretion of microplastics in the product.
We value using this material but we did not want to take risks with our products and therefore we chose PET bottles. Of course, our bottles are 100% recyclable.

Are there differences between hand soap and shower gel?
Yes, there are differences between both formulas.
Compared to the hand formula, the shower gel incorporates a mild surfactant capable of generating a richer and creamier foam to make the shower more pleasant.
In addition, it contains a mineral metabolic activator, composed of essential minerals and trace elements, designed to meet the nutritional needs of tired and dehydrated skin. With which, it provides the epidermis with optimal hydration and protection. For completely revitalized skin!
Will there be more Soluto products?
Yes, we continue to work in our laboratory to have new products in the short term (always aligned with our purpose). Stay tuned!
Is there a subscription model?
