- The general shipping fee is €3.50 per order.
- From €25 the shipping fee is free.
- Peninsular area: delivery in 2-4 working days.
- Balearic Islands area: delivery in 2-5 working days.
- Canary Islands: delivery in 2-5 working days.
- The carrier will contact you by SMS or email pre-alert of the delivery.
- In case of absence of the recipient (a delivery attempt), the delegation that distributes your area will try to contact you to arrange a second delivery.
Shipment tracking and modification:
- Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email or SMS from the carrier with the shipping tracking code so that you can know at all times what stage of the process it is in.
- In addition, you will also receive three emails for full tracking: 1. Ready to ship, 2. On the way, 3. Delivered.

Refunds and returns will only be possible in case of receiving a defective product or error in the delivery of the product. The return postage will be borne by Soluto.
The products can be returned up to 7 calendar days after their delivery date, after this period, unfortunately a change or refund cannot be offered.
In order to make the return, the item must be unused, with the original packaging and in the same condition as when it was delivered.
