Refund policy
Refunds and returns will only be possible in case of receiving a defective product or error in the delivery of the product. The return postage will be paid by Soluto.
The products can be returned up to 7 calendar days after their delivery date, after this period, unfortunately a change or refund cannot be offered.
In order to make the return, the item must be unused, with the original packaging and in the same condition as when it was delivered.
